PLNB Privacy Policy

3. Use of Advertising Identifiers and Analytics Tools

The Company uses advertising identifiers and analytics tools in accordance with Google Play and App Store policies.

  • Apple Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA)
  • Purpose: Personalized advertising provision and advertising performance analysis

  • Google AdMob (Google LLC)
  • Meta Audience Network (Meta Platforms, Inc.)
  • Unity Ads (Unity Technologies)

3.3 Analytics and Push Tools

  • Google Analytics for Firebase
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) - Push notifications

Users can opt-out of personalized advertising at any time through device settings.

  • Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID or disable ad personalization
  • iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

※ The above retention periods may be changed by internal policy if there are reasonable reasons for service operation, and advance notice will be provided when changed.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

The Company provides personal information to third parties only when required by law or with prior consent from users. (e.g., requests from investigative agencies)

6. Data Processing Outsourcing

  • Payment processing: Google LLC (Google Play), Apple Inc. (App Store)
  • Advertising services: Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads
  • Analytics/Push: Google LLC (Firebase)

6-1. International Data Transfer

The Company may transfer personal information overseas for service provision and protects it safely through relevant laws and contracts.

7. User Rights

Users can exercise rights such as access, correction, deletion, processing suspension, and consent withdrawal regarding personal information. Users also have data portability and processing objection rights under GDPR, and access, deletion, and sale refusal rights under CCPA (this Company does not sell data).

8. Data Deletion Procedures

  • Electronic files: Deleted using technical methods that make recovery impossible
  • Paper documents: Shredded or incinerated

9. Children's Privacy

The Company does not collect personal information from children under 14 years old (Korean standard) or under 13 years old (international standard) without parental consent. If it is confirmed that children's personal information has been collected, immediate necessary measures will be taken.

10. Security Measures

  • Data encryption (during transmission and storage)
